Thermoelectric Generation
Thermoelectric generation is the generation of electrical power directly from heat energy. It is a robust, solid state technology. There are no moving parts.

TXL Group builds high efficiency thermoelectric systems. Efficiency in the capture of heat energy and conversion to electrical energy is a function of thermoelectric topology, device fabrication and power conditioning circuitry. All three elements are critical and all three elements are addressed as part of the TXL solution.

High efficiency means that installation costs can be recaptured in shorter timeframes, after which, electricity that is generated from waste heat is free

A side benefit of thermoelecric generation is that heat energy that is converted to electrical energy is no longer “heat” (but electricity), so thermoelectric generation serves to reduce the amount of waste heat that is released into the environment.
